Franchise Player Tag DECISION

Starting at the end of the 2005 season, we have passed the following proposal 8-4:

At the end of each BU season, each team can designate ONE player as their FRANCHISE PLAYER. In the event that player is involved in a trade to the AL, you would then get the rights to the player(s) coming over to the NL. The value of those players would be the value of the player lost. In the event you traded your designated player during the off-season, he would then LOSE his franchise player tag, and you WOULD NOT be able to designate another.
